Reiki (霊気) is a form of alternative medicine called energy healing.
The Reiki way of healing was developed by Mikao Usui in 1922 at a Buddhist meditation retreat on Mount Kurama in Kyoto, Japan.
The Reiki system treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and well-being.
Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use.
Our proposal is to offer a completely healthy life (physically and spiritually).
For athletes it would serve to improve performance in training and championships.
Our initial proposal was an optional product for the participants, but due to the pandemic having caused significant psychological damage to the population, wherever possible, we will try to offer it to non-participants in our projects too.
Our Reiki team leader is a certified master therapist with 19 years experience of teaching and giving therapy sessions and, is also a certified Reiki animal therapist.
Most healing sessions normally last between 40 to 60 minutes.
During sessions, the vast majority of people tend to fall asleep as it is a very relaxing form of therapy.
